Security at the architectural level.

Security should not be an afterthought. It should be embedded into the architecture of every system. VANTHRAX builds that architecture in five independent layers, from silicon to the infrastructure itself.

The five-layer architecture

  1. Layer 01

    Hardware Integrity

    Trust begins in silicon.

A verified foundation is established before any software runs. Keys, identity and boot integrity are anchored in dedicated hardware that higher layers can rely on.

    • Immutable hardware root of trust
    • Measured and verified boot
    • Protected keys and device identity

  2. Layer 02

    Endpoint Defense

    Every device is a perimeter.

Behavior on each computer and mobile device is observed and governed, so hostile activity is identified and contained where it starts.

    • Behavioral detection on every device
    • Exploit and ransomware interruption
    • Isolation of compromised endpoints

    VCP

  3. Layer 03

    Network Protection

    Movement is never implicit.

Communication between systems is segmented and governed by policy, limiting how far any compromise can travel.

    • Segmentation between systems and trust zones
    • Explicit, policy-governed communication paths
    • Containment of lateral movement

    Architecture layer

  4. Layer 04

    Threat Intelligence

    Every observation strengthens the whole.

Signals from every layer are correlated and returned as defensive context, so protection evolves alongside the threat.

    • Correlation of signals across every layer
    • Classification by technique and severity
    • Defensive context returned to each layer

    Intelligence layer

  5. Layer 05

    Infrastructure Resilience

    Designed to continue.

Systems are engineered to keep operating safely under pressure — degrading gracefully, recovering deliberately, and never failing silently.

    • Graceful degradation under attack
    • Deliberate, verified recovery
    • Continuity planning for critical functions

L4Threat intelligence

The threat landscape never stands still.

Adversaries adapt continuously. VANTHRAX intelligence is built to adapt faster — observing hostile activity, classifying it with precision, and turning every observation into stronger defense.

  • 01

    Observe

Signals from protected devices, networks and infrastructure are correlated into a single operational picture.

  • 02

    Classify

Activity is categorized by technique and severity so that attention goes where consequence is greatest.

  • 03

    Contain

Intelligence flows back into every VANTHRAX layer, tightening defenses as the landscape shifts.

Defense principles

How the layers hold

  1. D—01

    No implicit trust

Nothing is trusted because of where it sits. Devices, software and connections are verified before they are relied upon.

  2. D—02

    Depth over perimeter

Layers are independent. Defeating one does not defeat the next, and each assumes the one beneath it may be tested.

  3. D—03

    Fail secure

When integrity cannot be established, systems move to a safe, known state rather than carrying on regardless.

  4. D—04

    Continuous verification

Trust is not granted once. It is re-established continuously as conditions change.
